Associate Veterinarian

Description Thrive Pet Healthcare – Oak Lawn is looking for a full‑time Veterinarian to join our team in the Chicagoland area. About the Position The Veterinary Physician will deliver comprehensive small animal care, manage wellness and medical cases, and communicate effectively with clients while supporting a positive, team‑oriented culture. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive small animal care across all life stages Perform wellness and medical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment plans Communicate clinical information clearly to clients and team members Participate in a collaborative environment that values high‑quality medicine and compassionate care Support the growth of clinical skills and professional development within the practice Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required State Veterinary Board license in good standing in the state of hire Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure Compensation Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $160,000, negotiable based on credentials and experience. Production compensation opportunities and no negative accruals are included.
