Associate, Customer Experience

Summary The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional, high-touch service to customers in a care center environment, supporting inquiries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. This role focuses on creating a luxury experience, qualifying design customers, and building long-term relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Provide polished, professional customer service via phone and digital channels to identify needs and deliver solutions Qualify and educate potential design customers on interior design services Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs are met and escalations are resolved Maintain product and process knowledge to drive brand loyalty and revenue Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel to the nearest gallery as needed Requirements 1+ years of customer service experience; high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with poise when interacting with high-end customers Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver first-class service #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
