How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Deliver direct patient care as a Licensed Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) during surgical and invasive procedures, ensuring safety and optimal patient outcomes.

Perform scrub and circulating responsibilities, managing instruments, sterile technique, and real-time patient monitoring to support seamless operative workflow.

Coordinate comprehensive perioperative patient care before, during, and after procedures, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maintain continuity and quality improvement standards.

Assist surgeons with intraoperative tasks including hemostasis, suturing support, wound exposure, and patient positioning to enhance procedural efficiency and safety.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• CVOR circulating experience in the OR, at least 2 years
