Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Support residents and families through education and advocacy. Model dignity, respect, and teamwork within a faith-based, mission-driven culture. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Mentor and support CNAs to improve resident outcomes and quality of life. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Strong assessment and clinical skills.
