Job Description And Duties Under the general direction of the Loan Officer Supervisor II, the Analyst III is an advanced journey level staff who performs a variety of complex duties related to the implementation of the IBank's Bond Financing Program. The bonds issued by IBank are: governmental purpose bonds for public agencies, including but not limited to Infrastructure State Revolving Fund (ISRF) Bonds and Public Agency Revenue Bonds (PARBs); Exempt Facility Bonds; Industrial Development Bonds(IDBs) for manufacturing companies; 501(c)(3) bonds for nonprofit public benefit corporations; energy, environmental and water project bonds under IBank Climate Financing Program; and other unique bond financings. Explain how you ensured the transaction was in compliance with conduit bond financing and lending policies and procedures, and your role in ensuring the transaction was a success. Describe your experience maintaining productivity and accuracy in your work products. Describe your ability to manage competing projects and deadlines. Describe your experience running reports to monitor, find errors, or derive statistical data to measure a program’s performance or your experience in researching a complex problem or issue in which you made recommendations to management, and the subsequent outcome(s) of your efforts. Include your experience and proficiency with financial software (e.g. Access, Excel, Oracle) and if you have used these tools to improve processes or reporting?
