Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is on the lookout for fun, outgoing, high-energy bartenders who thrive on making people feel welcome and creating unforgettable experiences. If you're the kind of person who lights up a room, mixes a mean drink, and can keep the good times rolling — we want you behind our bar.

This isn't your typical bartending gig. Our bartenders are entertainers, hosts, and ambassadors of the Hotshots brand. You’ll keep the drinks flowing, the guests laughing, and the vibe on point — every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage guests with a welcoming smile, quick service, and a great attitude

• Mix, pour, and serve drinks like a pro — consistently, quickly, and responsibly

• Bring the energy to every shift, creating a fun, memorable environment for guests

• Help make birthdays, game days, and happy hours unforgettable

• Promote Hotshots food, drinks, and merchandise with confidence and enthusiasm

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Maintain a clean and organized bar, restock supplies, and stay on top of safety/sanitation standards

• Accurately handle payments, tabs, and daily cashouts

• Participate in promotional events, contests, and team initiatives that make work fun

What You Bring to the Bar:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills

• Confidence in engaging guests and building relationships

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• A professional appearance and attitude — we take pride in our people

• Experience behind the bar preferred, but we’re willing to train the right personality

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
