We are looking for motivated and passionate bartenders at Yellowbelly. We are looking for people with craft cocktail experience, classic cocktail and spirit knowledge, but with hospitality and friendly service being equally as important. The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, while still focusing on hospitality and customer service. Our bartenders must be able to present intricate cocktails without pretension or pretense.

We have health insurance available to all full time employees. Night and weekend availability is required. Full time and part time positions are available.

Requirements:

• A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
• Must be friendly and focused on hospitality towards guests
• Craft cocktail experience with spirits and classic cocktail knowledge
• Proven experience working at a fast-pace in high-stress situations, while remaining calm
• Must be available to work nights (dinner shifts) and weekends. We are open Tuesday - Saturday for dinner and Saturday brunch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
