Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**As a Shift Leader in our Golf Ball Plant manufacturing operations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. You’ll lead by example—setting clear goals, empowering your team, and creating an environment where continuous improvement thrives. By recognizing and leveraging the unique strengths of each associate, you’ll help build a collaborative and inclusive workplace that delivers exceptional results.In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing key manufacturing objectives, optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensuring efficient machine utilization. You’ll coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards. Your leadership will be essential in facilitating communication across shifts, integrating new processes, and supporting equipment maintenance.
