Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description**Job Description**Essential Job Functions:*** Cover the press line for all hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.* Work on and make permanent improvements to all building, production and maintenance systems.* Complete appropriate documentation and logbooks.* Support and assist all work centers.* Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building, production and maintenance equipment.* Assist in setting molds and dies when necessary.* Keep machinery, equipment and plant structure in operating condition.* Maintain and install piping, fittings, valves, gauges, traps and all types of controls for high- and low-pressure hydraulic systems and steam and air lines.* If assigned second or third shift, complete die changes and project work.* Preventative maintenance, lubrication of various machinery.* Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.* Assist in shut down and start-up of the plant according to procedures.* Cover for vacations and illness on the shift and be able to work overtime on short notice.* Has responsibility for continuous improvement, corrective actions and quality of products.**Qualifications and Requirements:*** Must be able to read electrical, hydraulic and wiring print. Must be able to prioritize workload with other work centers.* Must possess a valid tow motor license.* May be required to work overtime with little or no notice.* May be required to rotate shifts when needed.* Must possess good oral and written communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.* Strong organizational skills.
