Responsibilities Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, managing and conducting interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager. Assist in workforce planning to determine hiring needs and resource allocation. Ensures communications with candidates are professional and timely. Provide support to the logistics and operation team on related projects and duties as needed. Qualifications 1-2 years' experience with full-cycle recruitment; transportation industrial recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
