About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be a key player in ensuring the organization's long-term financial strength and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across various financial functions. This includes overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as leading initiatives to enhance revenue integrity, cash flow, and overall financial performance. The successful candidate will also be involved in payer contracting, managed care strategies, and will be expected to build strong relationships with commercial and governmental payers. The role demands a visionary and collaborative leader who can align financial strategies with the company's mission and work closely with clinical, operational, and research leaders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be strategic healthcare finance leaders with a proven track record in driving financial performance and organizational growth. The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 8 years' of progressive healthcare financial leadership experience, and preferred certifications such as CPA and/or CHFP. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of healthcare finance, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and revenue cycle management, and significant experience in payer contracting and managed care strategy. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor high-performing teams.
