Director, Information Technology

Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure (network and systems), operations, projects, and ongoing user support. Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative—enhancing automation, decision‑making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value. Organization development and management, budget management, people development and management. Deep understanding of the fashion apparel industry and operation. Global organization alignment. Systems maintenance. Day to day systems support. Video Conferencing / room system support. Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing infrastructure by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions. Keeps abreast of new technology relevant to the company's security and infrastructure. Responds to the needs of a 24/7 operation, as needed. Responsible for data backups. Specifically, the regular occurrence, integrity, and periodic test restores of the backups to make sure data can be recovered successfully. Directs and prioritizes the workload of IT Infrastructure and support teams. Participates in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts. Qualifications At least 8 – 10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management. Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus). Experience with global scale IT infrastructure project management. Strong collaboration and cross‑functional communication skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Strong technical ability including report creation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize. Proven ability to lead company‑wide projects. Customer centric. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure required. Experience working for a global company preferred. Passion for current and emerging trends in infrastructure technology.
