Description - Your Role

• Assess and validate test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, provide training for newcomers, and maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a safe, clean working environment while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure.
