The Program Manager will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. We are looking for a leader with strong technical background, capable of operating in a high-growth environment with changing priorities and long-term leadership potential.Responsibilities:Fulfilling Miratech commitments given to the clients in a profitable wayIdentifying clients’ needs and demands and leading the up-sale process within existing engagement/frameworksSetting delivery focus according to business targets and prioritiesIdentifying delivery risks and managing them to the proper levelDeveloping a subordinated team to the level requiredManage hiring by working with sourcing to pre-select, interview, hire, and onboardingReview finances for all projects under the programMeeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsEnsuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performanceQualifications5+ years of program management, department director, or equivalent experienceExperience in managing 5+ projects in parallel with the help of Project Managers with a total headcount of 50+ people3+ years of experience in managing specifically enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation, experience in FinTech is a big plusSuccessful experience with outsourcing development from the client-side or subcontractor sideExperience in creating program-level status reportsKnowledge of risk/issue managementMethodical in approach to resolving issuesWritten and verbal communication presentation skills, and excellent problem-solving skillsCustomer-facing experienceFocus on Customer Success in Professional Service engagementsExperience with remote/international project team management Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in technology delivery.Ability to understand commercial business needs and manage different stakeholdersAbility to navigate ambiguity and changing prioritiesNice to HaveExperience in FinTech, CX / Contact Center domainsAdditional InformationWe offer:Culture of relentless performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
