Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your educational background, training, and professional experience to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for clients.

• Collaborate closely with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that are patient-centered and aligned with their recovery goals.

• Implement behavioral interventions based on evidence-based techniques, such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation, to facilitate sustainable recovery.

• Engage in ongoing coordination with a network of clinicians, psychologists, and external service providers to promote integrated care and support for clients.

• Monitor and document treatment responses through systematic tracking to evaluate progress toward established therapeutic goals, utilizing both in-person and virtual consultation methods.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medication prescribed by medical providers, ensuring adherence and addressing potential side effects to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted state license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience providing therapy as an independently licensed clinician.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered to incentivize qualified candidates.
