Depot Service Technician - Entry Level (Urgent Need)

Position Overview Depot Service Technician Location: Zelienople, PA Duration: 12 months (Contract on W2, US Citizens/GC holders only). Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, disassemble, test, and assemble electro‑mechanical medical devices. Document all service work in the approved Service Management System. Follow documented procedures, work instructions, engineering drawings, or sketches defined by the client Quality System. Input data accurately and efficiently in a high‑paced environment. Write accurate technical reports. Analyze and investigate returned equipment through data review and operational testing. Identify negative trends by reviewing past service history. Track returned equipment and report status of repairs. Set up and operate test equipment to record measurements correctly. Assemble and test electronic components and subassemblies for device repair. Participate in the development or editing of local equipment‑repair documentation. Maintain knowledge of company policies, ISO, and FDA requirements. Assist Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. Other duties as assigned, including incoming receiving and decontamination of devices. Qualifications Entry level experience. Strong keyboard data entry and typing skills. Good written communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
