Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Field Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in Service for Cummins, Inc. in Manassas, VA.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Supervise and coordinateService Technicians and Team Leaders to ensure efficient work schedules.Communicate repair plansclearly to Technicians, aligning them with customer quotes.Monitor productivity and qualityof repairs, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.Support Technicianswith first-level assistance and escalate technical issues when necessary.Manage service logisticsto ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in operations.Review and develop quotesfor accuracy, keeping customers informed of repair status and changes.Manage and perform service processes from intake to invoicing.Participate in continuous improvementby refining processes to meet evolving customer and organizational goals.Maintain customer satisfactionby addressing repair issues promptly and resolving warranty concerns effectively.Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
