Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Role Description
As a Sales Account Representative for Brian Robinson Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve production goals and service accounts.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Must have Illinois Property and Casualty license.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in insurance industry sales required.
- Extraordinary problem-solving aptitude.
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
