In this remote role, you will take ownership of end-to-end inbound lead generation—designing high-impact squeeze pages, managing multi-platform paid ad campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates to scale marketing performance across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities Design and build high-converting landing pages and squeeze pages to capture qualified inbound leads. Create, launch, and manage targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Develop end-to-end inbound lead generation funnels across distinct business lines. Monitor key campaign performance metrics and continuously run experiments to optimize conversions. Manage digital advertising budgets effectively while maintaining accurate ROI tracking. Produce custom graphic assets, ad creatives, and web design elements tailored for active campaigns. Must-Have Requirements Proven experience building high-converting landing pages and end-to-end lead generation funnels. Hands-on proficiency managing paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Web design capability utilizing HTML, CSS, or page-building platforms such as Leadpages and Unbounce. Strong portfolio showcasing past ad campaigns, creative graphic assets, and landing page designs. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive ROI optimization. Dedicated home office setup with a high-speed, reliable internet connection. Nice-to-Have Requirements Demonstrated capability to balance strategic funnel architecture with hands-on web design and creative creation.
