This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring a supportive work-life balance. While our therapists primarily work independently, you will have regular opportunities for collaboration and support from a dynamic clinical team. The outpatient practice setting allows for a diverse caseload, with individuals and families referred to our services through local agencies, community programs, and self-referral.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans: Assess client needs through comprehensive intake interviews and evaluations, and create tailored strategies to address identified issues.

• Provide individual and family counseling: Conduct therapeutic sessions that may involve working with various family dynamics and relationships, addressing conflict resolution, communication, and emotional support.

• Teach mental health skills: Facilitate skill-building sessions focusing on stress reduction techniques, problem-solving strategies, psychoeducation, and emotional regulation skills.

• Document client progress: Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in the client’s condition to ensure continued care and compliance with legal standards.

• Participate in training and supervision: Attend agency trainings and monthly supervision meetings to enhance your skills and receive feedback from clinical leadership.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will provide support to children, adolescents, and adults, offering culturally competent and individualized treatment approaches. • Master's degree: A degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related fields is required.
