Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a local Hawaii employer.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Customer Support Manager, the Customer Service & Order Entry Representative provides excellent customer service, processes customer orders and invoices, and performs administrative duties to support daily department operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service and sales support calls, assisting customers, brokers, sales representatives, and delivery personnel.
• Receive, enter, and process customer orders for local, neighbor island, mainland, export, and inter-company accounts.
• Process orders and invoices through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
• Accurately prepare invoices and post batches in Great Plains (GP) according to company procedures.
• Maintain physical and electronic records, files, reports, and invoices.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, Delivery, and Administration.
• Work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably with order entry responsibilities.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with databases, ERP, or accounting systems preferred.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and use a 10-key calculator by touch.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform computer-based work.
