To support a dedicated legal team, the remote Bilingual Immigration Paralegal will manage immigration court cases, including motions and removal proceedings, while ensuring meticulous file organization and legal document drafting. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of immigration court cases, including motions and removal proceedings Conduct legal research and draft technical documents for court submissions Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with legal standards and confidentiality Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, specifically with immigration court cases B2-C1 proficiency in English and Spanish Strong legal research and document drafting skills Ability to demonstrate empathy and assertive communication with clients High attention to detail and adaptability to changing legislation
