The Opportunity We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for our client's customers. You'll handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, samples, and product questions while partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. What You'll Do Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, quotes, samples, and orders Prepare and communicate product quotations Enter and maintain customer accounts and orders Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy Coordinate order changes with internal departments Provide product and technical information Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Maintain accurate customer and order records Develop strong knowledge of our client's products and services Communicate with customers by phone and email What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Manufacturing, industrial, or technical experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize Accurate data entry and computer skills Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Training Provided You’ll Receive Training On Internal software and order processing Customer accounts and contracts Our clients' products and materials Purchasing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
