You’ll learn a wide range of culinary techniques and skills in a professional, fast-paced kitchen. Qualifications Great technique: strong knife skills Kitchen savvy: knowledge of weights, measurements and volumes Attention to detail: follow all steps and techniques to ensure consistency Tidy and clean: maintain a sanitary, food-safe workstation Team player: willingness to work with others to prep our kitchens Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, reach and twist Must be at least 18 years old Who we are Named to FORTUNE Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list every year since 2014, The Cheesecake Factory is a leader in experiential dining.
