Asphalt Plant Laborer

Asphalt Plant Operator We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily production of a drum plant to produce high quality asphalt to be used in various PennDOT, township and private projects. Must be willing to work overtime during the construction season. Responsibilities Ensure quality production of asphalt materials. Load trucks to various jobs each day. Keep track of various materials needed for asphalt production and stock as needed. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong attention to detail. Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during plant operation. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine inspections to ensure plant is in optimal condition. Maintenance and Repairs Perform general maintenance on asphalt plant to ensure proper functionality. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly for timely repairs. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in asphalt or construction.
