REGISTERED NURSE DIRECTOR - NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in El Paso, TX. As the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our tiniest patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the NICU, ensuring high quality and safe patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and development Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for each patient Monitor and maintain the unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Serve as a liaison between the NICU and other departments within the hospital Stay up-to-date with advancements in neonatal care and implement best practices into the unit's operations Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in NICU nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role Strong understanding of neonatal care principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in electronic medical record systems and other relevant software We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
