• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support licensed pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining accuracy while working collaboratively with team members.

Required Non-Negotiable Skills

Key Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing

• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.
• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.
• Replenish medications in automated dispensing cells to full capacity.
• Open and handle large quantities of medication bottles and cases.
• Ensure proper labeling and patient-use instructions are applied to medication containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dispensing area.

Inventory Management

• Conduct routine stock rotation to prevent medication expiration.
• Assist with inventory control and organization activities.

Compliance & Documentation

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with prescription documentation and record-keeping activities.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience required
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to select and lift objects from shelves and transport them to order-filling lines.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry 20–30 pounds over short distances.
• Ability to carry up to 15 pounds on an extended basis from order-filling stations to conveyors.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
