About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Candidates must possess BLS and ACLS certifications. Description: Data collection will occur on 04/07/2026. The unit features 25 beds with over 40 staff members. Staffing consists of 1 free charge nurse, 1 unit coordinator, 3 patient care technicians, and 5 registered nurses on day shift. Night shift has 5 registered nurses and 1 patient care technician. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 6:1, occasionally 5:1. Equipment used includes Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacuums, and SCD pumps. The electronic medical record system is Meditech. Ideal candidates will have experience managing chest tubes, non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips, and weight-based heparin drips. The dress code requires royal blue scrubs.
