In this role, you will create antibody production cell lines using state-of-the-art mammalian expression technologies and develop new technologies to further advance our expression platform, while collaborating with cross-functional scientific teams.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NYWork model: On-siteDiscover your role:Apply innovative mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory-compliant stable cell linesPerform aseptic cell culture, handling, and transfection of cell linesConduct flow cytometry assays and operate liquid handler platforms (Hamilton) to analyze stable cell linesPerform molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, plasmid sub-cloning, isolation of genomic DNA and RNA from CHO cells, SDS-PAGE, and western blottingIndependently design, conduct, and analyze multicolor flow cytometry experimentsAnalyze and present data at smaller team and broader department meetingsMaintain complete, accurate, and timely records of experiments and data analysisThis role requires:PhD with 0-3 years of postdoctoral experience, or BS/MS with 4-8 years of experience, in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular BiologyHands-on technical experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody stainingExperience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloningPassion for innovation and a desire to lead new scientific directionsWorking independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without direct supervisionStrong desire to develop your skills and work with a cross-functional team and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExperience with gene editing, lentivirus infections, CRISPR library workflows, and NGS is a plusDoes this sound like you?
