As the Assistant Bakery Manager, you'll support daily bakery operations, ensure policy compliance, and help create a friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer experience. You'll assist with production goals, inventory, merchandising, and stocking, while serving as a positive role model for your team. Main responsibilities:

• Support daily bakery operations and maintain strong customer service.
• Supervise Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Clerks; provide training and feedback.
• Assist in meeting sales, labor, shrink, production, and inventory goals.
• Ensure product quality, merchandising standards, accurate pricing, and freshness.
• Order products, receive deliveries, and manage inventory levels.
• Lead the department when the Bakery Manager is absent.
• Use store systems and ensure compliance with company and safety policies.
• Support safety initiatives and assist with audits.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Perform stocking, rotation, and bakery tasks
• Educational requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Travel requirements
  • Occasional travel for training or development
• Other requirements
  • Minimum age 18
  • Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Able to work in warm bakery areas and cold coolers/freezers
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Must follow food safety and PPE requirements
