Sr. Financial Analyst

Finance Business Partner– Product Management Salary: $97,000–$110,000/year Schedule: Traditional daytime hours Location: Hybrid – minimum of 2 days onsite per week Job Type: Direct Hire We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to workwith Product Management and cross-functional business teams to support profitable growth and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze product lines and business conditions to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability. Partner with Product Management leadership by providing financial analysis, guidance, and business insights. Support pricing analysis, annual pricing initiatives, new product development, lifecycle innovation, and strategic investment decisions. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting. Develop and streamline reporting tools and processes across Finance and business teams. Participate in special projects and other financial initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems required; JD Edwards experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with SAP Web Intelligence, OneStream, Power BI, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid/virtual team environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of $97,000–$110,000 annually and a flexible hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days onsite per week.
