Director PRINCE2 (Presales)

PeopleCert is looking for a Director PRINCE2 (Presales) to provide PRINCE2 subject matter expertise to the global PRINCE2 ecosystem (including Business Development, PRINCE2 Ambassadors, training organizations, universities, Governments, and corporations). This role sits in the intersection between Business Development, Product, and Marketing. This is a global role with travel expected, and the successful candidate can be located anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with corporates, government entities and other professional organizations to help grow the awareness and the market size of the PRINCE2 products.
• Working closely with global PRINCE2 Business Development to sell more PRINCE2 products.
• Working closely with Product Management, and Product Development to provide input to content development.
• Working closely with global Marketing to promote the PRINCE2 brand.
• Supporting the PRINCE2 partner organizations with client calls, sales enablement activities, marketing support and other resources to sell more PRINCE2 products.
• Undertaking webinars, speaking events, panel discussions and other activities to promote the PRINCE2 brand.
• Inspiring and motivating the PRINCE2 ecosystem, including PRINCE2 Ambassadors, and the official PRINCE2 Community Group.
• Forging and nurturing high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in the ecosystem to promote PRINCE2 products.
• Participating in conferences, language education events, and strategic forums promoting PRINCE2.
• Collaborating group-wide (inc. LanguageCert, ITIL, City & Guilds, DevOps) to drive group-wide performance.
• Providing input (as required) to PeopleCert reports and business updates.
• Ensure alignment with company values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity .

What we are looking for

• Recognised global expert in PRINCE2 and Project Management.
• 10+ years’ experience working with PRINCE2 products, including some/all of PRINCE2 Project Management, PRINCE2 Programme Management (“MSP”), PRINCE2 Risk Management (“MoR”), PRINCE2 Portfolio Management (“MoP”), PRINCE2 Agile, and PRINCE2 PMO (“P3O”).
• Understanding of other project management products, such as Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, and APMG-International is desirable.
• Extensive understanding of PRINCE2 training partner organizations.
• Accredited trainer/consultant in some/all of the PRINCE2 products would be advantageous.
• Extensive experience of undertaking webinars, speaking at conferences, and other Marketing activities.
• Extensive experience of working with Sales teams to provide subject matter expertise in PRINCE2. For example: sales enablement activities.
• Extensive experience of undertaking client business development activities. For example, creating proposals/formal bids, providing PRINCE2 expertise on clients calls.
• Strong relationships with collaborating bodies such as: Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, and APMG-International is desirable.
• Advanced written and spoken English ( C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
