What You’ll Do:
Connect with clients via phone, text, and email to provide outstanding service.
Share product knowledge and schedule showroom appointments to showcase our inventory.
Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and motivations to guide them toward their ideal vehicle.
Stay up-to-date on manufacturer incentives, dealership specials, and inventory updates .
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering an unforgettable client experience .

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate conversations into actionable CRM notes.

Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a plus.
Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required.
