• Connect with clients via  phone, text, and email to provide outstanding service.

• Share product knowledge and  schedule showroom appointments to showcase our inventory.

• Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and motivations to guide them toward their ideal vehicle.

• Stay up-to-date on  manufacturer incentives, dealership specials, and inventory updates .

• Maintain accurate records in our  CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

• Collaborate with a team dedicated to  delivering an unforgettable client experience .
