Customer Success Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a passionate and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service
- Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls
- Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members
- Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role
- Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background
- Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack
Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience.
