Role: Dispatcher

Location : Duluth, GA

Onsite: Hybrid, 2 days onsite after training is completed.

Schedule: 9a - 6pm or 10a - 7pm

Job Type : Contract

Contract length : 3 months

Pay: $17 - $21/hour



What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for service calls across the U.S.
• Prioritize urgent work orders to meet customer SLAs
• Monitor dispatch queues and assign cases efficiently
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and vendors
• Document activity accurately in internal systems
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in real time

What You Bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Positive, team-first attitude with initiative
• Dispatching, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Field Nation, or Work Market experience is a plus
