Mechanical AssemblerWe are actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team in McKinney, TX. This is an onsite position that operates on the 1st shift and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national defense initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Bonding and Curing: Utilize resins and adhesives following established shop processes for bonding and curing.Assembly of Military Electronics: Employ torque tools and other manual tools to assemble military electronics, adhering to detailed assembly instructions and drawings.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, factory management, program management, and fellow assemblers/testers.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.Required Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations.Skills: Proficiency in assembly processes and experience using hand tools.Preferred Qualifications:Bonding and Curing: Experience with bonding and curing processes.Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret memory maps, schematics, datasheets, and assembly drawings.Teamwork and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Clean Room Experience: Familiarity with clean room protocols and environments.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
