CompHealth is seeking a skilled physician for a partner track opportunity in West Des Moines, a nationally recognized city for living and business. This role involves a mix of clinic and surgical duties, working within a physician-owned and governed clinic equipped with advanced robotic technology. The incoming provider will benefit from comprehensive support and a focus on professional growth. Practice Info * The clinic is physician owned and governed * 3 robots onsite * APPs run rounds ahead of surgeons * Incoming providers can work with general surgery residents doing their thoracic rotations Compensation * Partner track opportunity * Malpractice coverage provided * Sign-on bonus * We help negotiate your salary and contract Benefits * 5 weeks of vacation/holiday time * Medical benefits * Life insurance * A 401(k) * CME included Shift & Schedule * 1 day in the clinic and 3 - 4 days in surgery Requirements * Must be board certified or board eligible * Fellowship required
