In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying and converting new business opportunities and transforming workspaces into biophilic havens by selling interior and exterior plants and holiday decor to commercial properties.

- Previous B2B sales experience is required.
What you'll do:
- Proactively generate leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry events, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage and track your progress: Utilize our CRM to track interactions, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored biophilic solutions.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Natura's services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Build strong relationships: Foster lasting connections with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and adapt, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
