Sales Manager

• 5+ years of experience as a manager or related supervisory position

Responsibilities

• This position has the overall responsibility to coach, train, and direct the sales staff


• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished


• Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards


• Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve


• Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines


• Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff


• Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements


• Direct the staff in setup of new sales events


• Take part in the training of new sales associates


• Participates in management meetings


• Requires punctuality and regular attendance


• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements for the Sales Manager:

• Mus t be able to complete required reports on time as assigned


• Requires good organizational skills 


• Position requires regular weekend availability


• Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees

• $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/year plus bonuses
