Cook Position Summary A Wingstop Cook is efficient and motivated to serve the guest by providing them with a consistently superior food product. The ideal candidate also functions well in a fast-paced, busy environment efficiently as a part of a team. Responsibilities and Qualifications Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day and follows Wingstop operational standards requirements. Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. Maintain the highest quality products and services delivered to each customer through product preparation. Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures and comprehend their importance. Focus on the job in a calm and efficient manner. Work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day. Comfortably work with a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Exhibit excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
