Bilingual Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorWe are looking for a hands-on, bilingual Production Supervisor to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll lead a diverse group of production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while driving a positive, team-oriented culture on the floor. If you’re passionate about leadership, process improvement, and building strong bilingual communication bridges, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.What You’ll Do:Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication across English and Spanish-speaking employees.Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet or exceed production schedules, quality targets, and safety standards.Oversee injection molding processes, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Enforce all company safety policies and quality standards consistent with automotive industry expectations.Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to help team members grow and succeed.Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation on the production line.Maintain accurate records of production data, team performance, and process metrics (OEE, scrap, efficiency, etc.).What We’re Looking For:5+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Injection molding experience (strongly preferred).Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.Driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.Willingness to work varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Mechanical or technical aptitude related to plastics and molding equipment.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Competitive base salary ($70,000 + overtime pay).Opportunity to lead a diverse, bilingual workforce in a growing facility.Strong company commitment to employee development and internal promotion.Collaborative, team-driven environment that values safety, respect, and innovation.
