Department Head

Job Location: Knoxville - Rocky Hill - Knoxville, TN 37919 Responsibilities Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise as arranged by management. Execute the daily operational day‑to‑day goals and priorities assigned by the store manager with an "Ace Pace". Remove promotional bin tags from displays and price tags as required. Restock merchandise displays as needed, watching end caps and side wings. Handle special orders for all non‑stock items. Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager. Watch for shoplifters and act in line with Elder’s policy to discourage shoplifting. Provide excellent customer service and interaction to help prevent shoplifting. Respond to radio requests. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of retail experience. Technically proficient in computer systems and related software. Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records. Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly. Interact with staff at all levels of the organization. Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.
