Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour Shift Monday–Friday | Must be Flexible for Schedule Between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 20–30 Hours Per Week What’s a typical day as Medical Administrative Assistant? Greeting and escorting patients to exam and X-ray rooms. Preparing patients for appointments and imaging procedures. Answering phones and providing excellent customer service. Scheduling patient appointments and updating calendars. Completing general office and administrative tasks. Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation. Supporting providers with daily clinical operations. Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required). Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities. Are comfortable using computers and office software. Can work independently and as part of a team. Are dependable, professional, and friendly with a passion for helping others. Pay strong attention to detail. Are flexible to work varying hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
