Position Summary

As the Front of House PM Shift Lead , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during evening shifts. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations during PM shifts, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
• Lead and support team members, providing guidance and motivation throughout the shift.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Collaborate with the management team to uphold company policies and standards.
• Foster a positive and professional atmosphere for both guests and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with Cane & Coconut and its products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
