Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Flow Analysts to support the intake, qualification, and positioning of investment opportunities within our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Deal Flow Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Flow Analysts:

• Identify, screen, and qualify investment opportunities

• Support deal intake and early-stage evaluation

• Prepare high-level deal summaries and context for capital partners

• Coordinate introductions and diligence handoff

• Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close

• Build a verified transaction track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with analytical judgment and exposure to deal environments, including former analysts, operators, consultants, intermediaries, and capital-adjacent professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Flow Analysts may:

• Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities

• Evaluate deal fit against investor and sponsor criteria

• Prepare high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Submit qualified opportunities through the Initio Sphere platform

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams

Deal Flow Analysts do not perform financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and experience, Deal Flow Analysts may work across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on analytical background and demonstrated deal familiarity.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst contribution

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal qualification

Activation Process

To become a Deal Flow Analyst:

1. Submit an application and background details

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin reviewing, qualifying, and submitting opportunities

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching .
All deal activity flows through curated, platform-driven channels.
