Account Manager
Hagerstown, MD

We are partnering with a fast-growing division of a privately owned company in the creative products industry to identify a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a highly visible role for someone with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building relationships, developing programs, and helping grow a brand within this creative, consumer products space.
This position is a unique blend of sales and marketing, supporting B2B customers, distributors, and commercial partners while helping drive new product and program development initiatives. In this role, some travel is required for trade shows and customer visits. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing divisions within the company

You will:

Help build and grow the brand
Support B2B sales efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and customer programs
Identify new market opportunities and help expand distribution channels
Develop and launch new products and customer-focused programs
Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, operations, and marketing teams
Build strong relationships with commercial customers and industry partners
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
Help create engaging marketing content, promotions, and brand strategies

Requirments:

Creative, artsy, and relationship-driven personality
Background in sales, marketing, brand management, or business development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping grow a business and brand
