Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Birmingham West, AL

Amgen seeks a Senior Specialty Representative for the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, Alabama territory to promote bone health products to medical professionals. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while supporting patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product knowledge and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Execute branded sales messaging, conduct educational programs, and achieve sales targets
• Develop customer relationships, manage accounts, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory performance and develop plans with District Manager
• Share best practices and support team collaboration across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent combination with associate/high school diploma
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales and marketing experience preferred
• Product sales experience in specialty areas such as bone health, oncology, or inflammation
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with sales focus
• Life Sciences or Business Administration degree preferred
• Local market knowledge and adaptability

Compensation: $115,036 - $155,638 base salary
