We are currently supporting an innovative, high-growth semiconductor company in the search for an experienced Area Director – Central Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial strategy across the DACH region, combining strategic leadership with direct customer engagement in one of the industry's most exciting technology segments. Key Responsibilities Defining and executing the regional growth strategy Leading key customer relationships and commercial negotiations Developing new business across Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Mobile/IoT and Consumer Electronics Building a scalable territory plan and driving long‑term market expansion Working closely with distribution partners and internal leadership to accelerate growth Qualifications A proven track record in semiconductor sales or business development Strong experience in the Industrial and Automotive semiconductor markets Demonstrated success in channel and distribution management Experience managing strategic OEM and Tier 1 customer relationships across the DACH region A strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to winning business The ability to engage confidently with engineering, procurement and executive stakeholders The company offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary, quarterly performance bonus and meaningful equity participation.
