Opportunities We are currently looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties: Cabinetry install/repair Carpentry Finish-out Flooring Painting Sheetrock / Drywall Roofing Texturing Trim work Insurance requirements Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our subcontractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows: $1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 general aggregate per project $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury Business Automobile Liability As follows: $1,000,000 combined single limit OR $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence $500,000 property damage If you meet the above criteria and would like to partner with an industry leader, please apply to this job posting with what services you can offer and which city/cities you cover, confirm you meet the insurance limits, and we will be happy to reach back out to you.
