Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

System One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for permanence in Freeport, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk responsibilities to include answering and directing calls, assisting applicants and hires with completion of documents in ATS system.
• Assist with onboarding needs.
• Screen call-in candidates to ensure qualifications for open positions.
• Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.
• Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.
• Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.
• Assist with NCCER and craft testing.
• Attend job fairs and other industry events.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service demeanor.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexible and able to deal with changing priorities.
• Ability to multitask concurrent tasks.
• Meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. PHR or SHRM-CP. Knowledge of employment laws/compliance. Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries.

Physical Requirements
Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location. Employees will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting. May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
